HP-3 Type Drip Agent
I、 Product ingredients, characteristics, uses, and usage methods:
1. Product composition: HP-3 polyethylene drip agent is a composite of polyol esters, polyoxyethylene compounds, and amine compounds.
2. Product indicators:

3. Product Usage: Mainly used for drip polyethylene greenhouse film and also for preservation film.
4. Product features: The polyethylene greenhouse film made of this drip agent can reduce or eliminate fog droplets on the film, participate in excessive sunlight penetration in the greenhouse, and improve the greenhouse's temperature and ground temperature. The drip retention period can reach more than 100 days.
5. Usage: Due to the tendency of surfactants to cause screw slippage, it is generally first made into a dripping masterbatch, and then blended with polyethylene resin to blow film.
6. Recommended dosage:
(1) The thickness of the film is 0.1-0.12mm, and the addition amount is 1.4-1.5%. If the film thickness is thinner, due to faster migration, the addition amount of drip agent should be appropriately increased.
(2) The total content of additives in the three-layer composite co extruded film should not be less than 1.3%.
(3) The addition amount of packaging film or cling film is 0.8-1.0%.
(4) Anti fog film, due to the balance between anti fog agent and drip agent, the amount of drip agent added should be appropriately increased.
II、 Packaging: Coated with polypropylene woven bags and lined with polyethylene bags, each bag has a net weight of 20Kg.
III、 Transportation and storage: During transportation and storage, pay attention to moisture and sun protection. If the auxiliary agent is not used up, the bag mouth should be tightened in a timely manner.
