1. Product composition: LY-6 polyethylene drip agent is composed of a combination of polyol esters, polyoxyethylene compounds, and amine compounds.

3. Product Usage: Mainly used for drip polyethylene greenhouse film and EVA greenhouse film.
4. Product features: The polyethylene and EVA greenhouse film made with this drip agent is a highly transparent drip film, without the common "frost spraying" phenomenon of drip films. The low temperature effect is good, which can reduce or eliminate fog droplets on the film, increase the transparency of sunlight inside the greenhouse, and improve the greenhouse temperature and ground temperature. The drip retention period can reach more than 150 days.
5. Usage: Due to the tendency of surfactants to cause screw slippage, it is generally necessary to first make a dripping masterbatch and then blend it with resin to blow film.
6. Recommended dosage:
(1) The thickness of the film is 0.1-0.12mm, and the addition amount is ≥ 1.8%. If the film thickness is thinner, due to faster migration, the addition amount of drip agent should be appropriately increased.
(2) Three layer composite anti fog film, the amount of drip agent added from large to small is: middle layer>inner layer>outer layer, and the total content of drip agent in the three layers should not be less than 1.6%.
(3) Anti fog film, due to the balance between anti fog agent and drip agent, the amount of drip agent added should be appropriately increased.
II、 Packaging: Coated with polypropylene woven bags and lined with polyethylene bags, each bag has a net weight of 20Kg.
III、 Transportation and storage: During transportation and storage, pay attention to moisture and sun protection. If the auxiliary agent is not used up, the bag mouth should be tightened in a timely manner.
